  • Maximum number of persons staying on a site is 6 at any given time.
  • You own the structure on the site, whether that be a caravan and annexe or a cabin.
  • You pay an annual fee to occupy the site for holiday use.
  • Your Annual Agreement allows you access to your site 180 nights a year.
  • Pets are allowed all year round.
