Lake Eildon Fishing
Brown trout, rainbow trout, redfin, perch, Murray cod, roach, and tench are some of the best species that can be caught around Lake Eildon including the pondage waterway, right off Eildon Pondage Holiday Park.
Boating
It doesn’t matter if you are into speed boats, wakeboarding, fishing boats, jet-skis, kayaks or just relaxing on a house boat – Lake Eildon is Victoria’s favourite inland waterway for boating and is considered Australia’s houseboat capital.
Mountain Biking
Home to the Dirty Dozen cycling trails, Victoria’s High Country is a wonderland of downhill runs, cross country tracks, jumps courses, off-camber sections and much more.
Horse riding
The high country lies at the heart of the biggest recreational horse riding area of Australia, and has plenty to offer both the novice and experienced rider.
Hiking
The Victorian high country around Eildon Pondage Holiday Park literally offers some of the best walking trails imaginable, mixed with stunning alpine views and fresh mountain air.
